The Carnival Street Dance Competition this afternoon, August 25, will start from the Pelaez Sports Complex and end at the Rodelsa Circle and several major thoroughfares in the downtown area will be closed beginning at 12:00 noon.
As a summary, Don Apolinar Velez Street will be closed from Macahambus Street towards Rodelsa Circle. Roads leading to Rodelsa Circle will likewise be closed including Kagay-an Bridge. Check out the maps below courtesy of RTA.
