Cagayan de Oro 1st Dist. Rep. Rolando “Klarex” Uy will be bringing back the famed “Night Cafe” not at Divisoria but at the planned River Esplanade at Zone 7 in Ilaya, Carmen. He said this during his recent visit to the site where the Kagay-an Bridge Improvement as part of the JICA-funded Flood Risk Management Project is still ongoing.
To address sanitation concerns, Rep. Klarex said facilities such as comfort rooms will have to be put up.
The Divisoria Night Cafe was a popular weekend gastronomic tourist destination in the city which ran from 2004 until 2012.
