Annabelle McDonnell from Misamis Oriental just won the the Frontrow Catwalk Queen special award during today’s Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Press Presentation held at the Grand Ballroom of Hilton Manila. McDonnell wore a Filipiñana ensemble designed by Mindanaoan Jermaine Nabong. Congratulations!
